The Right to Work Hub conducts right to work checks for students before they begin working in a college. All Oxford students can be checked, including home and overseas, regardless of their level of study or nationality.
The College Student Visa Monitoring Service maintains a record of all work being completed by Oxford Student Visa holders (or older Tier 4 visas) in colleges. Students and colleges need to record the hours worked each week to avoid the student exceeding their visa restrictions.
