The service requires colleges to provide details of all Tier 4 students working engagements which are recorded by the Tier 4 College Monitoring system before the work starts, and Tier 4 students to submit weekly timesheets detailing the hours they worked each week. Details of how the service will operate have been communicated to college administrators.
